Problem with large scenarioa

I loaded the Great War Full Campaign scenario but I am not given a choice, at least that I can find, of the different war plans to pick from. I assume I am missing something but can't find it. In the video the plans just seem to appear. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it is F3 and you have to be playing the non-historic one.
