I have never played a game like this against human opponents. This however is one game that sparks my interest in trying it. Just need to learn how to pass the files back and forth as I have 0 experience with that.

Is it complicated and easy to screw up?

Ok :)

My options I usually play with are...

Delayed commitment Small

Foreign entry normal

Historical Attrition on

Auto Replacements off

Activation Veteran

Non Random generals

Naval rule Normal

Force Pool Normal

Off course all these are open for discussion :)

Yeah, we can go. Not sure what Activation Veteren is, but I guess I'll find out :)

@ Ostwindflak.

The host sends the hst file. The non host sends the ord file. Do not run the turn, The host will do that when he gets your ord file.

Who is hosting then?

I am happy for me to do it or any of you two to do it :)

the veteran activation option means that you never know who will be active or inactive until the turn is processed, its more realistic...

I don't think you have to do that, the main campaign is 3 player (same as in Revolution under siege), you do your warplans and send me the file and the Western Entente does the same :)
