Turn 15 - 7th January 1915 (Cont)

In France I take Verdun and push back the French unit protecting Paris' left flank.

My sub takes a pasting against a cruiser in the channel....

Turn 16 - 21st January 1915

In Egypt I lose a unit to the British but go for broke, attacking an Infantry and Garrison. I am open to a counter-attack here by the Infantry in Gaza, but....

In East Prussia the Posen Infantry remains impossible to dislodge.....and the Russians continue to probe Koenigsberg and Krakow-Przemysl.

In Serbia I try and keep up the pressure on the Serb units that have fled toward Nis. I lose Temeschburg, but this is a necessary evil...

In France I fall victim to my inability to control the mouse - without the undo button you must be so careful. I send a full strength Infantry toward Brussels Arrgghhh [:@]

I sink a Russian fleet.

Screenshots next turn.

Turn 17 - 4th February 1915

In Egypt I destroy a British Infantry. I am in big trouble with some of these units but I am hoping that sheer numbers will work here...

Turn 17 -4th February 1915 (cont)

In Russia I think I have stabilised the situation and started to turn it in my favour. The Posen pocket has been liquidated [:)] and I have a good number of troops - qunatity if not quality - in East Prussia and Krakow-Przemysl.

Meanwhile in France I do not attack this turn. My aim is to surround the British in Paris and the hex south.

What difficulty level are you playing? If you're not, I would think you should be playing on Privileged.
