Cannot Access Partisan Interdiction as Allies in Market Garden or Novorossisk

Hi JSS,

In both the Novorossisk and Market Garden scenarios, I cannot use my partisan interdiction when playing as the Allies. When I right-click on the interdiction panel, it shows that I have one partisan interdiction marker available for placement. When I view the main game screen, there is no marker visible and clicking my mouse in the area where the marker should be doesn't produce any results. Playing as the Russians in the Novorossisk scenario, the interdicition pop-up information panel showed that I had 1 partisan marker available nearly each turn; however, I played through every turn without being able to see or use it. I played a few turns as the Allies in the Market Garden scenario, and I encounterd the same issue. Any suggestions?
