key/code invalid

Hi

i installed the CD with my key/code and play the game "Battles in Normandy" without any problem.
But when i want to install the patch "BattlesInNormandy-Updatev101.exe",
it ask me the key/code. I give the same that for the CD-installation and it
tells me the key/code is invalid.

Is it possible that the keys/code for USA and Poland are different?
The game is in english only the box is in Polish.

Any clue??
The support bounce me after a complete misrelated first answer.
I am not use to the net and i feel lost.

What version does the game say it's at before applying the patch?

Thank you very much for your answer.

You are right. The installed version is already 1.01, so no need for that patch.

But i guess the problem will come with the next patch because i read on BG forum that BG does not support the enlish version of software sold by Nicolasgame (a polish license).
Am i wrong?
