Thank you, I now have enough examples of both. We're getting this fixed immediately as well. You really would not believe what's going on behind the scenes, but suffice it to say that we've already "fired" our account representative and are dealing directly with the representative's "big boss".

From the orders that were sent to me, those of you that got serial numbers have valid serial numbers that will work for Battles in Normandy. Those that didn't will get new ones as soon as this is sorted out. We are still aiming for 5PM, notwithstanding this astounding performance by DR.

The question is that when are those who are in charge of those that got sacked being sacked. And we will still need someone to sack the ones that sacked the ones that were in charge of the people that already got sacked.
