The testers are given a list of things to check in game from the developer. This might be how the AI does a certain thing, it might be how a certain graphic might appear, it might be playing a PBEM game against another tester to check that it does do what it should be doing. Testing to see how data changes affect the game. Checking the scenarios to make sure certain units turn up when they are supposed to.... Etc Etc.... :)

E-mail Delivery Problem

Post by Duncan Maggs »

Ross,

Both myself and another TAO2 veteran Matthew Urch have had messages saying that our beta test application e-mails are currently undelivered. Is there a problem with the e-mail address you provided? I wouldn't want to miss out on the opportunity to beta test!

Beta Tester

Post by VictorH »

Hello Ross,

If Matrix decides to ask for Beta Testers for Empire in Arms, I will apply for that. I have played the Board Game Version many many times, as the French, English and Russian player.

Let me know if that is in the works.

Thank You,
Victor

Hi

When Matrix needs beta testers they always ask on the forum for the game in question. Just follow the EIA forum like a hawk and strike fast when they ask for testers.
