The game is gone gold?

Korsun Pocket is a the second game using the award winning SSG Decisive Battles game engine. Korsun Pocket recreates the desperate German attempt to escape encirclement on the Russian Front early in 1944. The battle is a tense and exciting struggle, with neither side having a decisive advantage, as the Russians struggle to form the pocket, then try to resist successive German rescue efforts and last ditch attempts at breakout.

No, it will be like its predecessor. A turn based hex based game.

It has Avalon Hil type boardgames like as its anscestory but uses computing power to make a much better game.

Don't worry the spirit of TAO is in KP that's for sure :) I currently have a build that doesn't have AI in it yet though I'm having a ton of fun playing as hot seat.

I would personally buy any wargame that game out in this genre, doubly so when someone as credible as Matrix is producing it.

There will be one game with 2 scenarios - The Ardennes and Korsun Pocket.

The Ardenneds scenario is a duplicate of TAO2 except that this is a new game engine with many added features.
