Can't find Korsun Pocket in stores

Post by Begbie »

Where can I find Korsun Pocket? I hate ordering online so I went to every store in my area (Atlanta GA) Went to Gamestop among a bunch of other major retail stores and the told me it has been discontinued? I will buy online if I have to but i'm just wondering what happened to the marketing of this product? If its half as good as the reviews say then it should be on the shelves of stores like Target,COMP USA, Circuit City.. etc
If I have to resort to the online method what is the lowest price and which store have you guys seen it sell at?
Thanks

Hi Begbie,
I recently saw a copy at an Electronics Boutique store. Have you checked them out?

that was the only store i didnt go to. I'll give them a call tomorrow to see if they have a copy. Looking forward to joining the Korsun Pocket community ;-) But in all honesty I can't understand how COMP USA has crap games like Deer Hunter 2002 and they don't carry Korsun Pocket.

If you do buy online, may I encourage you to buy direct from Matrix? By doing that, Matrix gets more money (no middleman), and stays in business.

Begbie,

Completly off topic, but Im curious about your nickname. Its not your real name is it? its from "Trainspotting" and Robert Carlysles charactor Francis Begbie. Am i right?

Curious cos its one of my all time fav films, and Begbie is brill. If i am correct, do you know thier in process of making the sequel "Porn" which is a damm fine read too.

Yea Trainspotting is one of my favs I didnt know they were making a sequel. Can't wait for it to be released. I'm actually think of changing my last name to Begbie because I like it so much but i'm German don't know if I can carry a Irish-Scottish last name

Filming has not started yet, but Mc,Gregor and Carlysle have both agreed to do it. The book Porn is really good and if the film is accurate it will be another masterpiece. Begbie is still a physcho, but its more about Sick boy the sequel.

Word of caution with the book, its written as it would be spoken, ie its written with a heavy Scottish accent, so you have to get in the Scottish mindset, which helps if you have seen the film.

An excerpt from Begbie

So ah heads oot, gits the fish supper n flags doon a fast black. The c*nt gies ayes a wide look like eh's no that chuffed aboot ayes eaten in the back ay ehs f*ckin cab,bit ah stares the c*nt doon n eh f*ckin well sh*tes it.

It can get harder to understand, but once you get a knack of reading it, its quite easy.
