How har is the full campaign?

dI haven't played the full campaign yet of the Kosun pocket battle. I win by over 1000 points in both 1st & 2nd ukrainan front playing as the germans. So i figured it would be no difficult to win as big when playing the entire campaign since it is just the both fronts at the same time.

I hope I am wrong. Is the campaign harder to win as the germans the the smaller scenarios? Basically, is it worth the time to start the full campaign or is the outcome already written in stone since I win so big in the smaller campaigns?

Also, how much bigger is ATD than the full Korsun Pocket campaign? I mean is there a lot more units to move around? Is it worth buying. I will mainly play SP as the germans.

As the Germans I don't think you will find the full KP campaign any harder than the shorter games, just more to keep track of.

As far as ATD, it is larger than the full KP I believe. It plays much differently in my opinion with a lot more maneuvering. Playing as the German against the AI is a much greater challenge than KP. In fact the germans in ATD are one of the better challenges against the AI of any traditional PC wargame I know of. My only complaint about ATD is that it didn't come with shorter scenarios like KP did.

Against a good PBEM Russian player the campaign can be very challenging as the Germans. Still great German play against both Soviet Fronts will usually result in history being rewritten.

I highly recommend getting AtD. Especially if attacking with panzers is your thing[:D]. It's well worth the money... costs me more to take my kids to McDonald's for one round of Happy Meals than AtD... with AtD you get a fantastic scenario and don't have to pick up cartoon character toys!

Ha ha ha. i see waht you mean. I don't have kids but going out and drinking a couple of beer with my friends cost me more. Human priorities can be very strange.
