Korsun Pocket Editor

I have tried using the editor function and while it opens up fine, and I can see all the units etc and changes that are available, the "save" button is blacked out so that any changes made cannot be saved. This editor is similar to the one for Decisive Battles Normandy and I can edit that easily. Any ideas on a fix for this/
