Well....

Franco has won the Spanish civil war, damn his fascist heart...I tried to fight on until the end, but the end wasn't pretty. I think I have a better handle on things now, but the Nationalists are a tough nut to crack, especially if they 'get on a roll' and manage a few breakthroughs. They have, overall, better generals and better troops (from what I could see, and feel). I think I will have to take a few more morale and VP hits to install the better generals over the heads of the numpties hanging around Republican HQ.
