Cannot download the latest version

I purchased Espana a couple of weeks ago, when it was on sale. I saw there was an upgrade, so I attempted to download it. I get this message: Error: Update information for Espana 1936 could not be downloaded."

Without rambling on, I will say I have a new computer (Alienware something or other) running Windows 10, and I had no trouble accessing the original Espana, or any other games or software I have. Any suggestions?

just login to your account in support, where you will find the link to download from a difference source, you don't need to use the auto update tool, a link to the same versions is always in the forums or your account on the support pages
