Cannot download Update V2.02

I am trying to download the patch for the update v2.02 but it always seems to stop at 98%. Tried the update function of the game menu, IE and Firefox already. I tried submitting a ticket to the help desk but haven't heard anything from them. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

you need to login to this to get, but also a copy of the reply is send to your email address

try a different browser as some work better than others, chrome for one and me, disable any pop up blocker and just do that file and let it fun, not doing anything else etc, good luck
