Can't play campaign

I just bought the game and wanted to start a West Front campaign (Hunters from the Sky), but after saving the campaign file, it just says invalid campaign data. What am I doing wrong?

I was also surprised not to be able to choose campaign, aren't I supposed to chose between 2 campaign types as the manual states?

I've noticed this as well. I got it working by saving the campaign file into the specific campaign series game folder. Surprised this one got through considering a similar problem existed in the older games.

Each campaign is either Dynamic or Linked - not both. Linked are far better to play IMHO, as each scenario is done by the scenario designer rather than dynamically generated by the game engine.
