New Wargame Site - Members Welcome

Post by noissy »

I would like to invite you to join a new WW2 wargames club. The club is a new one and is looking for new members.
A quick browse through the website pages will explain the whole essence of this new club. Hopefully, an invigorating,
new start for many jaded members of some other sites.
Members will be able to transfer their' records and stats across as well.
We welcome some of the notaries from other wargaming sites for their' knowledge, advice and input as well.
Please take the time to inspect the site and contact us and hopefully, join membership.
By all means, invite other wargaming friends to visit the site as well.

In my opinion I would not join this club. The master whoever he is hides behind his handle and makes decisions on who enters or who does not based on comments that have been posted in other websites.

Sorry but don't want to have that kind of control in a any war game game club!

Good luck Mr. "The Master!"

Following the comments on The Blitz CS Forum and here about my
site, I would say the following :-

there is nothing sinister about me being incognito. 'The Master' is my
ladyfriend's nickname for me and, as the site is based on a Victorian style gentlemens' club, I am the master of the house, nothing to do with ego, just a tongue in cheek monicker that jumped at me.
Far from being a risky place to register, I can assure you that it is
only by monitoring who joins that I can bar disruptive individuals from joining and ruining a club that the members are enjoying, albeit a handful at the moment. Already I have had false game reports being made on the site by an outsider and, by identifying myself, it will only result in more juvenile idiots messing around with my site, that is why I monitor applications, not a power mad ego as I'm accused of having. Such is the childish mentality of some people on the forums, I just don't want them on my site, simple as that.
Proud of my site, yeah, a couple of months ago I didn't even know I could create one, but I don't need to identify myself to take any glory, I'm a 'down to Earth' guy.
Along with a Blitz member attempting to join my site just to spy on what's going on for the Blitz members, not suprising his application to join was rejected, as he replied quote – ''understood''.
Above all, be sure joining my club is a safe and a friendly place, nothing more sinister than that.
If Blitz members want to dig deeper, feel free, better things to do in life I think. I know where I and a few others are happier.

So, again, I reiterate the original invite -

I would like to invite you old comrades to join a new WW2 wargames club. The club is a new one and is looking for new members.

By all means, invite other old wargaming friends to visit the site as well.

Once again, "Rod".

"And, still, Noissy is silent about who he is?" [:D]

I'm not speculating or digging deep.
Your ban in the CS Bootcamp pretty much sums up what I need to know.
Along with the fact that you send e-mails to join to certain Blitz members but not all?
Your theme and selected "exclusivity" reflects snobbery in the highest degree.

I also still hope that you will be found to have two member pages here and will be banned from posting at Matrix.

Meep Meep!

Not yet tosser! What's your problem other than being
the complete opposite to your Blitz Leader's well wishes?
Oh, and btw, my theme and 'exlusivity' is down to preventing
arseholes like you from joining, not anything to do with
snobbery!

Rod,

Jim is much kinder than I.
He thinks your club may be an innocent venture.

I have my opinion. He has his.
But, he is not going to exclude me because I do not agree with him. That is the difference between what you are trying to do and a club that is open to all?

Equal justice and socialized justice are two different things?

Jim is a hard working man, and a soldier who serves his country, that sees all men as equals.
You are a wanker that hides behind a wall of elitist snobbery, that thinks he can pick and choose who can be "equal".

It did not take long for you to start the name calling and devolve the conversation, did it? LOL! You'll soon reveal yourself because you cannot help it? [:D]

DEAR OH DEAR OH DEAR !  [>:]

I have purely advertised a website open to those who wish to join
and who can do so through me.
Jim is quite correct, the club is an innocent venture. You seem to
have your own hidden agenda, if you don't want to join, don't.
If one wants to join to spy on the site, don't.
No need to create a discussion here about it is there?
You are spouting drivel about seeing men as equals, hiding behind
a wall of elitest snobbery, pick and choose who can be equal, blimey!
You need to take some more of whatever medication you need buddy boy,
book another appointment. Now I believe, that is a place that has elitist
membership too [:D]
