... computer calculation took almost a minute several times in a row. Normally, it's just a second....
I can confirm after 'The Hedgehog' 5th turn game go slower, minutes to go on.

edit: 6 minutes for a single AI impulse, I switch back to 1.02

just a quick note, the 'nations.xls' file couldn't be read correctly, it says that the content doesn't reflect a xls file.

It's the first .xls I've saved with LibreOffice - it's allegedly in Excel 97 format but perhaps not. The .csv is what is loaded anyway.

Yeah the .xls file is messed up, but the .csv is readable.

Hi,

Even installing the fix Windows 8.1 still crashes after the first dice roll.
Quite strange because I managed to play the game a couple of times before the mess started. After the first crash the game never worked again.

I had the exact same problem that I assumed was the Logitech mouse. I have since discovered that the problem may have been created when I initially tried to use the mouse to move a map ala a Paradox game (middle button click and drag). It also may have been a similar map slide command of left-click and drag. I was experimenting with both to see if either worked for easier map moving abilities. As I recall, the game crashed from that point on every time right after the first die roll...without fail. Once I rebooted the whole system (game reboot did nothing to fix it) it was OK...as long as I didn't try either mouse commands again. Probably needs to have an error detection added to the code or something? Just the same, I'm happy it is now working.

I thought it was happy once you rebooted after installing. Does clicking with the middle mouse button still cause problems?

The last tutorial - Vehicle Combat, has typo still. Says click the KV1S in F11. It is really in F12.

Thanks for the patch and keep up the great work.

Login with your matrix account (not the forum account) and let the browser remember you.
Then klick the link from the first post again and you directly get a link.

Hello Everyone,

The public beta has been updated to V1.06. Please check it out, and let us know of any bugs. You can download it from the Members Club, Here.

v1.06. Played a MP (Death Match), I started a move, message that other player considered op fire, then the game hanged, wait cursor at both screens, wait cursor removed when other player left game. Chat still functional.
We tried another scenario after that, no problems.
