If I were you I wouldn't put out my email address like that 'in the clear'. I'd edit it, as I have above in your quote, or do something like schaefjam1 (at) comcast (dot) net. There are spam machines that do nothing but troll for email addresses on the web and once they latch onto your email address you'll get all kinds of spam.
