Couple games

Post by Oleg Mastruko »

TOAW veteran here (1998-2002). I haven't played the game for last 4 years though. I need a refresher course.

Summer is coming and I still have fond memories of playing TOAW on my laptop under scorching sun on the island I usually spent summers at. [8D]

Suggest a list of 3-5 scenarios, with preferred side(s) and we'll pick something to have fun with.....

Are we talking monsters or little ones? Scenarios that is ...

I really fancy trying a McBride monster - reason being that by the end of it I might get to know what I'm doing ;)

Also, they do appear to be awesome :)

"Rundstedt's Plan Martin", mayhap? I'm in the middle of it right now, and it's great...

Best of McBride's monsters are not in TOAW3 so I guess that's out for now....

Plan Martin - I don't fancy that scenario (one from McBride I don't fancy too much for a change).

Anything else? Monsters, little ones, anything goes, suggest some..... [8D]

OK well it looks like Terminus has taken up the gauntlet with Plan Martin.

How about AGS Hungarian Campaign 1944? In the WWII East Front folder. It's big but not huge. 10km per hex, by Trey Marshall.

AGS Hungarian *Campaign*? You mean AGS Hungarian retreat? [:D] Or is it 3rd Ukrainian Front Hungarian Campaign 44? [:D]

Anyhow, since I will be playing Ruskies, prepare to be crushed [:D]

Any special rules you prefer? Let me know your mail address via mail - mine is oleg_at_bug.hr

I can take couple more games, so if you guys have more ideas post them....
