Tool Tip Recon

No Borders set to ON:

Tool Tip shows supply for hexes adjacent to and at friendly unit locations. Not at enemy owned hexes.

No Borders set to OFF:

Tool Tip shows supply for all hexes on map regardless of ownership except for hexes adjacent to enemy units even if the enemy units are not visible.

Fixed. You can now only see supply for hexes you own.
