AA & Air Superiority supply bug? No decreasing.

Hello,

1)is there any reason that fighter counters on AS do not use supply? The only thing which decreases is the readiness!
2) if AA counters are placed on the same hex with a brigde or an airfield and the enemy is attacking one of thoose, why don't the AA Counter suffers from decreasing supply?
