menu items don't work

I tried to write a file using file->create map image (jpg) and nothing happened. No file, no busy cursor, it looked like nothing happened at all.

Then I tried to write a file using file->create map image ( avi ) and same thing.

Bug?


Oh, and I'm using 3.4.191

I just tried it and it worked fine for me with my Waterloo scenario (the jpg - I don't know what the avi thing is). You're probably not waiting long enough for something. Try it with a much smaller scenario.

The duration to make a JPG of the entire map is subject to the size of the map.
AVI makes a movie (like the ones you make GIF animator)... Sometimes it works, sometimes not, but I have been able to get some
In the whatsnew it says... "will attempt to make a save a movie"

I am currently on turn 162 in FITE. After upgrading to 3.4 my "Inventory / replacement button" does not work but only in this game. I have loaded some old saves from early on and like wise they do not work but it does work in new games. It was working before the upgrade. The "Inventory / replacement" drop down from the "view" also does not work. Not a big problem Just adds to the fog of war.
