Force RCON Event Bug ?

Hey Ralpf: Since my fite game has gone into late 1942, I checked a hotseat game clicking forward toawrds round 260... German Rcon is set to 30%. I Checked the map and again there was no chance in detail, I see as much soviets as in Turn 1...260...

I Set up a turn one fite map with 75% r'con and compared it to the 30% r'con... There is noch differenz, the map of 261 was almost the same as turn 260 map...

Ralph I checked the Editor and it seems the Events are right. So it seems as there is a Bug in the Rcon Down/Up Event... You may gonna fix this for 3.4?

Edit: I checked a second thought: Waht is the system? Maybe it is plus and minus instead of the new value? With an additional value of 30 it may raise towards 105 german rcon?

And my test prooved me right. I set up the turn 2 event with -70 and the effect is to be wondered here:

So I don't know how the system is supposed to work, and I donät know if the system has changed.

Yes, lowering recon is "-"
It's something some scenario designers (myself included) have overlooked, but it is described in the manual...

So it is a serious fite bug... :-/

May someone push this towards the scenario group?
