So.. is this like a re-release?

I'm guessing the old PzCK will be packaged and sold as this now, right? So it'll be PzCO? [:D]

No, this is not a re-release. This will include all the content from Winterstorm AND Kharkov (and will replace those) but it is definitely a new release, not a re-packaging. Please take a look at the feature list, more has been done for this release than was done between Winterstorm and Kharkov.

We considered that if we did not have a new starting point, players that hadn't tried Panzer Command before would have to purchase Winterstorm and Kharkov and Ostfront to get all the content. We decided that when Ostfront released, we would include the previous releases in it as well and make it a new starting point for the whole series.
