I also wondered about the unit nomenclature. From what I could figure the Kharkov (German) campaign used Plt/Co/Btn/Rgt while the Mcensk campaign had me scratching my head. It appears to be Co/Rgt/Btn/Plt.
I just pulled those unit ids from the reference. I didn't bother to unravel them. I believe the book's authors are Polish so it might be in reverse-Polish notation. [:)]
