Key already used

Great to hear a new patch is out, guys. However I can't download it. I've never taken the trouble to register my game. When I try to do so now, I get the message that the key is already used. Please advise.

mine automatically registered at purchase, check your my serial numbers in the members section.

There aren't any. I bought my game in May 2011 via Plimus. I still know my serial number of course.

Do you have the same login for your member account as you do for the forums (I only ask because mine is different - and your registration might be under a different one?).

If that's not the case and you can't find your registration, then you probably need to open a support ticket at the helpdesk. I'm sure they will be able to help you sort it out.

Edit: problem solved. I found my other username and password. Downloading now. Can't wait to see that StuG IV. Are the improved StuG III's also included?

Glad you worked it out Jacko. And I think there were some new models added for some of the StuG IIIs at least.
