Can not get free update

Can not get free update

When I enter my data for the free update Iam always getting this eror:

Please enter your email address. Please ensure a valid working email, as your Special Offer Serial Number will be sent to that email address.

But I enter the same email address with which I bought about 15 Matrix games over the last years. It always worked.

Did you enter it in both locations? I think you had to enter it twice?

OK. I now entered a completely different address that I never used before on Matrix. This worked and I am downloading now. Although I think that this is strange.
