Mau: That was a hard one. Those French-looking markings fooled me first.

It has to be Italian Fiat RS 14. [8D]

Yeah you got it!
That one, with the French-looking marks, belongs to Italian Liberation Army (Co-belligerent).
That pics has been taken in 1944 in South Italy and the plane shows its brand new markings.
If the pics were in color, you would have seen a red-white-green (red external, green internal) mark, as actually are the ones used nowadays.
