Give me some background

Steel Panthers World at War. From what I gather you tell your team what to do and then watch a 60 second movie of the action taking place? Is there any walkthroughs for this game?

Actually that sounds like a different game. SP:WAW is a turn-based tactical game, you maneuver individual squads of men and individual vehicles, take turns with opportunity fire. You're pretty much in control of everything that happens as far as I know. But I'm a newbie so take it with a grain of salt.

Believe what you are talking about sounds like Combat Mission. SPWaW can be likened to playing Advanced Squad Leader, if you know of the critter, except you don't have to remember all of those rules.

Individual tanks, support pieces and squads are what rules in this world. You get a turn, start moving and shooting, sometimes the enemy shoots right back, continue until you think you are done and then it's the other guys (or the AI's) turn.

Process repeats.
