I have downloaded the Enhanced DV, and tried to run the mod swap on it.

(currently running the version 8.4)

Mod Swap did not work, is there another way to get this upgrade to install ??
(says I am missing a file)

what file does it say you are missing?

The Mech Application in the download gives the error
 
smackw32.dll was not found ???

it goes into your main SPWAW folder...
