SPWaW 8.1 & "The Streets of Stalingrad"

Hi guys, ihave recently installed the new 8.1 version of the game and have come across a problem. I play the scenarios via email with a freind of mine in France. We have just done the password turns for The Streets of Stalingrad ok but the first proper turn to me does not load. It flashes up the message "saved game failed to load". Any ideas guys

I'd guess that your friend didn't wait long enough before exiting the game. Thus the game did not have enough time to make a proper save. When you do the save you can watch the HD led to be sure the game has finished writing the save before quitting.

Thanks for the reply - I'm the one who messed up the files ! Just restarted & followed your advice..... let's see how this goes.
