Map Design Dictionary

I have started to write a map design dictionary collecting all sorts of tricks, hints and tips to make more realistic maps. I also add some comments and picture on how some european terrain features actually look like.
It's a work in process that will take a while to be finished.
I need your input, comments, suggestions, positive criticism to bring this project to an end.
The same could also be done for scenario design.
