Newbie needs a PBEM game :-)

Post by KDiggity »

I know I know, fresh meat ;)

I've played a couple PBEM games last year. One was a draw, while the other was an absolute rout (I think I played redleg?? Makes sense ;))

Anyways, I'm looking for a smaller scenerio, and a challenging opponent.

Gimme an email if you want to hook up for a little boom boom :)

My email is kdiggity8@hotmail.com

Thanks!

I've played Steel Panthers and SPWAW for years, but only against the AI. Does that make me a challenging opponent in PBEM? I doubt it. I expect to get crushed by any human.

Let me know if you (or anyone else) want a game.

Welcome to you All....

it's good to see new blood ( or yes, as Jess would say "Fresh Meat" :D ) looking to get involved in some fighting.
It's all very easy really...only three weeks ago I didn't have a clue how to play Pbem games...now I'm fairly comfortable with them.

And yes, playing against human players is vastly different than playing the AI. There are some real pro's here...and they will probably hand down a "sha-lacking" or two, but remember...most people tend to learn more from their defeats than their victories! ;) However, the people that you'll meet here are top notch...and they're as happy to help you all along as they are to beat your brains out! :p

Right now I'm pretty busy with the games I am currently enrolled in...but I look forward to meeting each and every one of you on the field of battle somewhere down the line.

If you have questions be sure to ask...there is a wealth of knowledge on this board...and there is no such thing as a dumb question....or at least that is what I've been told (but I have my doubts! :D ) LOL

Welcome once again!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

I took a hiatus from SPWAW for about a year, but I really want to get back into it.

After playing the PBEM games, I will never go back to fighting the AI. Matching wits with another human is the way to go :).

I expect to get thouroughly pounded, but I'd like to think I'm a quick learner, and will improve my game soon :D.
