AHHH we have a famous Russian snowstorm to stop the germans in. They do not like to fight in our snowstorms. Still got 700 feet visability which is good. Men are well dug in and hidden as well as we can. They are up and want to avenge there comrads that the Germans killed earlier this month at Tula.

We have lots pf ammo and expect to use a lot of it on the enemy today. Only 5 days before Christmas and were sitting here getting ready to kill our fellow humans. If you can call the Germans human. All we have to do is inflict a lot of damage and then run like hell.

Time to get down to it hear the guys movin around and think we see a few of the enemy comin out of the snowstorm.

They began to appear about 20 minutes ago out of the snowstorm. The 250/10 and 250/1 first loaded with troops. We blasted at least 10 of them to bits along with the troops that were riding on them. They hit us 100 feet south of center and at least 100 feet north of center with there tanks.
Also came at us on the extreme north edge of the map as well.

So far the closest any tanks or men have got to our lines is maybe 400 feet before they were obliterated. Alot of there troops are dressed in winter camo but it has not really helped them today.

We are massing our heavy artty 100 feet behind there front lines so as to catch there troops before they have a chance to even see us. The lack of troops showing up on the battlefield attests to the effectiveness of this practice. Have not gotten any kind of report on our losses as yet. Dont believe they are very high any ways.

We want to hurt them and hurt them bad after what they did to our comrads at Tula last month. Besides they are making us miss Christmas with our loved ones and this really pisses us all off to no end. Glory to the Mother land Praise to the Zsar of Russia!!!!

Man it eneded fast. They were all around us then bam they were gone. Gave up and ran off like ghosts. Almost as if they were never there. If they hadnt left 55 tanks all smashed to pieces and the 1016 bodies. We wouldnt even know we were in a fight. Higher command said we managed to get a draw with the Germans today. I guess its because we lost 12 tanks. I didnot see the draw we held a much better equiped enemy here today to a standstill. They must of had 100 tanks and were right at our front door when they decided to withdraw.

Dont care what high command thinks we know what we did here today. Have heard rumors we are going to move to Rzhev next month and try and stop the Germans from moving on Moscow. Rzhev is close to our beloved Moscow less then 200 kilometers. Also will be getting a few new upgrades to the tanks we lost today and replacements for the 250 men we lost as well.

Well it looks like we will be fighting into next year as we will be on the trains moving to Rzhev when the new year comes in. Hoped 1942 would be different some how.
