The Editor for Storm over the Pacific is a powerful tool that will allow to modify existing campaigns and scenarios in the way that player would like to change them.

Scenario editor will allow you to modify following parts o the scenarios:
- Terrain type
- Rivers
- Coastal zone
- Hex ownership and control
- Fortifications
- Cities
- Land and Naval units deployment
- Weather
- Fleets and Naval units
- Sea Zones
- Connections between Sea zones
- Countries set up
- Commanders
