You can make them from scratch.

With abundant support from both you and Bleck, I now have a stable working scenario.

The only trouble is I have configured an AI that will not fight.

Being this is my first shot at building a scenario I need to know.

Has the time come that I must learn the ways of Events?

Or is there something that can be done with the basic .csv files that I am unaware of?

Good luck with this AH.
If you're successful. I might try building a Tactics II gameset.

Be sure to set up proper conditions in ai_data.csv file for AI to attack. setting one side attack and multiple side attack to 1;1;1; makes your AI attack like frenzy. Try this setting first.
Also the AI might want to reinforce understrengthed units first.

Thank you for the above advice.

When you get a chance would you take a look at the event I'm working on.

I know the problem is with the options starting at line 117.

The event will not initialize and I can't figure out what I've done incorrectly.

Lines 123:
<effect method="Country.SetOrientation" param0="3" param1="2"
and also 140 and 154 are not ended correctly, add "/>" at the end.

While testing the event you helped me fix, I'm now getting runtime errors.

They said it was patched in 1.03
