seems like your screen size isn't supported or known to the game etc for a guess

How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

can you upload the ini file in a zip format?

and with your report at least you will know your desktop res used etc, then just need double check it's supported and in the ini file so it's runs

no idea, could be a system update, a corrupt file, a false positive on your AV / spyware scanner etc or a game crash that altered a system file, which no longer has the information needed to run, easy way is wipe / uninstall, and reinstall and patch to latest version, just make sure all files are gone, eg folder and settings if in my docs as well etc, backing up campaigns or saves if needed

yep a game file is missing, reinstall the files from inside the folder called redist

can my saves be saved?

yes but need to first find where they are, i dont have it installed, so maybe best to now past you to support and see where they are, normally stored in your my docs folder or mygames etc, have a look and see first, and then if they are there, copy and rename the folder to back up, then either uninstall and wipe the folder clean and reinstall and patch or do a support ticket and get more correct advice as i don't have the game so maybe wrong, so if you can't find the saves manually, then log a support ticket in your account

np good luck on the reinstall, what O/S may i ask, have asked to do some guides on all the games to make sure windows 10 creators update version is correctly installed and working with as many games as is needed, so hopefully will be doing a guide for some more like this one if needed
