v104 Out of Supply-unit on rail in home country

I mention this because it is probably due to the supply rework. 29e Division d'Infanterie sitting on the rail at 79,122 is out of supply after Paris falls.

This may be the intended behavior.

Placing a unit on rails has nothing to ddo with the supply.
Is the unit near any of the cities?

this question is absolutely valid. Sometimes I thing, WI has lost interest in this (unfinished) game completely.
But I would really like to play it without oddities.[&:]

Railroads are not supply sources. They only link cities, connecting cities to the main supply source or in-supply port. When you lost Paris, you lost your main supply center for France.
