Install Error

I need install help, please. During the install, I get this error:

sharing violation while accessing Nov2007_d3dx10_36_x86.cab

I'm on Vista SP 2 with all other system requirements.

I guess I'll try Slytherine's forum. I see several unanswered tech issues. Looks like a fun game.
