PBEM - Unable to register

Hello - I have 1.04 and when trying to register my email/User it is giving me an error of (Not enough data transfered). I am unable to proceed to the next step. Any suggestions???

I am a new user, and I am having the exact same issue. Does anyone have a resolution? I'm trying to recruit additional PBEM friends to play, but this will prove a barrier...
