want to control the Japanese. Have average experience, just played 2 PBEM games so far. Could commit to turning-around 1...5 turns a day. Settings, terms and conditions to negotiate...

anyone outta here?

I haven't played UV in many a year. I will be happy to take you on. Please set reinforcement level to 200% Japan and 120% Allies.. Make sure auto sub ops is off and set the others any way you want. I will load up and download the latest patch tonight - what is the latest patch?
