i would play the allied side. you can choose between 16, 17 or 19 as the japanese player.

only HR from my side:

-not more then 4 PT in a TF.
-no corsair on CV manualy py the player.
-4E at 15.000 against naval targets.
-no sub invasions.
-no auto victory.

Ok, I said I would not start any new games but I am bored.....

How about a re-match.....I will take scn 16 again as it is the most historic, and I will not go for the autovictory. Both sides 200% ship commit. The only rule I would like to amend is for a max of 6 PT per TF, and no more than 2 PT TFs per hex.

Let me know if your interested.

Edit: There should be a garrison rule for your autovictory hexes....a minimum of 250 assault points or one division per base perhaps? Otherwise you will have a massive advantage in ground forces later in the game.

i will have at least 1 regiment/brigade in efate, luganville, cooktown, townsville, brisbaine, nouma...and all other bases. also, i agree with your PT rules.
