As we are approaching Mid-1944, I thought I would post Larry and my game especially now that he has made a companion AAR

AAR Title Reversal of Fortunes
Players: Greasylake [Jap] vs. Vettim89 [Allies]
Perspective: Allied / closed AAR
Map, MAB Extended, Scen: BigB 1.4
Settings: PDU on, 1 day turns, historical start
House Rules: Pretty much the standard ones
Current game date: May 1944
Comments: Unusual focus on the SEASIA theatre throughout 1942/43 for both sides. Numerous surface battles fought off Rangoon, Victoria Point, etc. Japan invades northern Oz but is driven out by the end of 1943. Allies start offensive in Gilberts and Marshall and hold these areas by late 1943. As of today seven major CV battles have been fought (including one with the RN) with five of them won by the Allies convincingly. In mid 1944, the ALlies are pushing through the DEI.

Thanks for the time you put into maintaining this list VSWG. [&o]

Second Round is into mid-1943. Japanese offensive power is now near nil, and blitzk is seeing whether he can meet the Allied winning conditions (Okinawa by mid-1944) against a defensive Japanese strategy. We're both waiting for AE.
