CS Chitose Chiyoda conversion

I am in january 43.
I sent Chitose and Chiyoda at Osaka.

I disembark their float planes, reembark them, ... redisband the 2 ships, there is nothing to do,
they stay at Osaka so no conversion.

What's wrong with??[&:]

Disband them in Tokyo.

Osaka is the correct place (at least in unmodified WitP). Checks for conversion start 31st December 1942 and repeat every month, so the ships need to be dispanded in port on this date or the last day of the month in subsequent months:
31 Jan
28 Feb
etc

yes thanks, somebody told me the same thing.
My CS arrived at Osaka after january 1st 1943.
I will wait for the end of the month. [;)]
