Looking for Japanese Opponent (GC)

I'm looking for a Japanese Opponent for a GC campaign.
Scenario number, scenario options, and house rules negotiable.
Multi-day turns preferred but depends on opponent.

This is my very first GC PBEM so be nice. Thanks.
