got this game on gamersgate but after downloading game and patch a few times i keep getting the same error saying the serial key is wrong and to contact customer support which i have never heard back from them. Glad it was free and I'm probably not going to get anything else from them again.

I had the same problems. As i already have the Matrix edition i contacted Wastelands so they can take a look.
