key not working

I had to reinstall The longest day and now it won't accept my cd key...I have the right one from the email and order info number who can I contact to correct this

Please make sure you type in the serial number in manually via the keyboard in the format of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and not to copy and paste the serial only you could be copying not only the serial number but the white spaces on either side of the serial number.

Thanks VP I did type it in manually..I'm wondering because I had to reinstall it a few time due to computer problems it might have been blocked because it worked at first.

Ok this is weird I got a reply from matrix with my serial ,,If I cut and paste it it works ,,making sure not to pick up spaces..But if i type the same serial it says invalid serial.Sorta twilight zone stuff
