Dilemma Bug

I'm really enjoying this game but I have noticed that your decisions regarding dilemmas often seem to have incorrect effects.
For instance I'm currently playing the UK and criticised a member of the monarchy for a potentially racist comment yet the Patriot group saw my action as overwhelmingly positive???? I've seen quite a few dilemma decisions have wrong effects. Is this a known bug and are there any plans for a patch to correct this?
