Who still play FPG ?

Matrix Games and Simulations Canada combine and completely remake two classic NATO vs. Warsaw Pact wargames into a new classic. Based on the original wargames “Main Battle Tank: North Germany” and “Main Battle Tank: Central Germany”, Flashpoint Germany is a new grand tactical wargame of modern combat. Every aspect of modern grand tactical warfare is included, from advanced armor, air and helicopters to chemical and tactical nuclear weapons. Step into the most dangerous war.. . that never was.

Who still play FPG ?

Post by nukkxx5058 »

Hi ,

I noticed that the forum starts to slowly die ... :-(

Am I right or not ? (I hope not)

Who is still playong FPG ? it's a great game I think. I haven't time to explore the game in details but I'm starting right now (despite the fact i own the game for several months).

I appreciate the efforts of the development team to release patchs.

I wonder who is still playing PBEM ? (because the "opponent wanted forum is like the sahara desert ! :-(

So i have 2 questions: please answer by "yes" or "no" to each quetion:

a) Do you still play FPG in solo ?

b) Are you willing to play PBEM ?

Thanks.

PS:

My answer:

a) yes

b) yes

:-)

A vous!

A) No
B) No

I will play again but I am waiting for 1.03 for sure and from the sounds of it 1.04 maybe more close to what will make the game. Will have to see.

HercMighty,

The jump from 102 to 103 is a world of difference. Rob has gone the extra mile to really refine and fix some of the outstanding issues from 102. 103 should make folks very happy (or sad if their tactics are poor). More items will be addressed as the game evolves and Rob and company have gone above and beyond in the support department.

It will be worth the wait.

S!

P.S. a) Yes ("beta" testing every evening)
b) No ("beta" testing every evening)

I still play. I have 2 PBEM games going now, and I occasionally play against the AI. I can handle a couple of more PBEM games if anyone is interested.

Haven't played for a bit but once 1.03 is released I'll probably start playing again. I play single player, no PBEM...for now anyway.

FlyingElvis, that's fine !

As you are a beginner and me too (I have the game 4 a long time but I didn't have time to play seriously. I just played both tutorials) would you be interesteed in a PBEM ?

I'm very interested in some PBEM. But I need to learn the game solo first. Just enough where I can give you a challenge. [&o]

Ok so we stay in touch for a future PBEM or even better, a TCP/IP (I didn't know it was possible through the LAN option !!!).

I told you I didn't play so I hope I will be able to give you a challenge :-)
