Display Colors

I just moved from XP to Vista and re installed Harpoon.

Game runs fine , nothing special required , just make sure you are using the current release and fixes.

My question is

HOW DO I GET MY OLD COLORS BACK?

The current display colors are simply unusable. And then will make me crazy( Crazier) in no time.

Good to see that you have your installation up and running.

You can modify your own colours and make up your own personal palette. Go to the Game Settings menu >> Colours >>

You can then switch to a different colour scheme like AEgis, Orange, etc. Or, you can modify one of them to suit yourself.

I am attaching my own personalized one for you to check out. Just put it into your RESOURCES sub-folder and then you can load it under the Game Settings menu >> Colours >> Load User Palette.

I strongly suggest that you load the Complete Harpoon ANW Library and then switch the database selector in the Configuration launcher. The scenarios that come with the game from Matrix are in terrible shape. The PlayersDB scenarios may not be perfect, but I guarantee that they will give you fewer problems than the stuff that comes with the game.

I only play the Players Db anyway. I have downloaded it.
